As soon as your order has been shipped, an email with tracking notification will be sent to you including instructions on how to track your package. Return Policies

We accept returns on unopened / unused products only. Returns must be made within 5-7 days of receipt of shipment. In the case you would like to return your item(s), please ship them back to the sender address listed on package in their original condition. Once we receive the products, we will grant the refund at full initial cost minus shipping and handling. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on items returned back to us. We recommend using insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
